He has not finished too far off the winner in recent outings. He has won once and finished second twice from four starts over this course and distance.

The son of Visionaire takes a slight drop-in class and may be hard to peg back.

Blush Of Dawn from the Garth Puller stable takes her place in Race 8. She ran a good race when second in her last start over 1200m in male company.

She raced from a handy position and stayed on at the finish. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since.

She has won once and finished third twice from as many starts over this course and distance.

She is back against her own sex and can notch up her sixth-career victory.

Jockey Robert Khathi will not be riding today.
