Andre Nel Gives Us A Choice Today

First due off @ 12h25

A cool breeze welcomes the morning at Hollywoodbets Greyville where the first on today’s eight-race programme is due off at 12h25.

Remember to take today’s free-to-play Hollywoodbets Punters’ Challenge, available for all local, Hong Kong and Singapore racemeetings.

Trainer Tony Rivalland sends out Cupid’s Song in Race 5. He was given a peach of a ride when winning his last start over 1400m on this course.

The 6yo gelding should enjoy the step up to the mile. His last two victories have come under Richard Fourie.

He jumps from pole position and can follow up.

Wyatt’s Choice from the Andre Nel stable takes his place in Race 4.

He caught the eye when sixth in his post maiden effort over 1600m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville.

He lost a length leaving the start, was settled near the rear of the field from a wide draw and finished off his race well.

The son of Global View will love the rise to 1800m. If suited to the polytrack surface, he may be the one to beat.

Jockeys Jason Gates, Kobeli J. Lihaba and Doctor S Lembethe will not be riding today.
