Am-Ex puts faith in German racing

Infront Sports & Media has secured an agreement with American Express that will see the payment solutions provider act as title sponsor of the Zukunftsrennen, one of the key races during the Great Festival Week at Iffezheim, one of the most prestigious horse racing events in Germany.

The race will take place on 30th August, midway through the festival, which runs from 27th August to 4th September at the Iffezheim race track in Baden-Baden.

All six Group-rated races across the festival now have title sponsors, as American Express joins the likes of Longines, Mercedes-Benz and Sparkassen-Finanzgruppen.

Baden Racing took over the Iffezheim race track in 2010 and has become the biggest operator of flat racing in Germany, with three meetings and 14 days of racing. The organisation is a joint venture between international agency Infront, DSV Deutscher Sportverlag, Stars and Friends and weiss media.
