Gr1 Allan Robertson winner – Chocolicious in foal to Frankel

Gr1 Allan Robertson winner Chocolicious sold for 400,000 euro at the Goff’s breeding stock sale in Ireland.

The mare was one of three at the sale in foal to Frankel, and was bred to Southern hemisphere time, consigned for Darren Dance’s Australian Thoroughbred Bloodstock by Ballyhane Stud.

Chocolicious (rated MR 105) won six races from 1000 to 1200m in South Africa, and placed in the UAE 1000 Guineas. Bred at Backworth Stud in KZN, she is by Kahal out of Gr3 winner Candy Box. The 6-year-old was bought by agent Oliver St Lawrence
