206 And Counting – Bombs Away For Fourie

Racing takes place on the turf track at Hollywoodbets Greyville this afternoon.

Hollywoodbets-sponsored Trainer Gareth van Zyl sends out Vihaan’s Bomb in Race 5.

He has produced two good efforts since returning from a 17-week break.

He raced from a handy position over 1900m last time and stayed on to finish second.

The son of Lancaster Bomber should have no issues with the rise to 2300m.

Winning Form-sponsored rider Richard Fourie, who has ridden 5 winners in the past two days and is now on a season total of 206, is booked to ride, and he may be able to coax that little bit extra out of him where it matters most.

Malcolm’s Dream from the Mark Dixon stable takes her place in Race 6.

She finished 0.15 lengths behind Lucky Miss last time.

She is 1kg better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned.

She has won three times from four starts over this distance.

From her good draw of two, she can return to winning ways.
