Lot 129 from the 2014 CTS Ready To Run Sale

CTS Cape Ready To Run sale

After the 2016 CTS Ready To Run draft conducted a successful morning’s gallops at Durbanville racecourse on Friday, 14 October, CTS treated visitors to their famed hospitality while sales yard staff were kept busy pulling lots out for prospective buyers.

With a beautiful Cape summer’s day in Durbanville, the finishing touches are being applied to the 2016 CTS Ready To Run sale draft ahead of this evening’s sale, which will see the first lot led through the ring at 6pm.

There is also news of an exciting new CTS incentive to be announced this evening by CTS Chairman, Chris van Niekerk, so watch this space!

If you’ve missed the gallops, or want to take another look at a short-listed candidate, CTS have uploaded all the gallop videos to their website.

Or, if you are on the hoof, download the newly launched CTS App to your phone – it’s free, available on either Apple or Android, and has a host of time-saving features allowing you to mark horses viewed, jot notes on selected lots, draw up a short list and handy sorts by sire or vendor.  Plus it’s all saved to your device, which means no more danger of losing all your hard work if your catalogue goes missing.  With additional upgrades promised in the near future, it gets a big thumbs up from us.
