Frankel – living legend

The world’s highest-ever rated racehorse, Frankel is still only a 14YO and has seven crops of racing age.

The fastest sire in history to sire 50 group winners – a benchmark ticked in 2021, he now has 25 Group 1 winners and 67 group winners.

His century of stakes winners was set 3YO filly Emotion (Frankel-Molly Malone, by Lomitas) who won the Listed Chalice Stakes at Newmarket in the UK.

Her record is now two wins from five starts. Frankel’s 100 stakes winners have come from 612 global runners (423 winners of over 1,000 races).
